The Napa City Council has approved the first phase of a 500-unit multifamily community, located just off Soscol Avenue across the river from downtown Napa.
Construction of Vista Tulocay is planned for 2017 and will include nine three-story buildings with 282 apartment units. The roughly 12.5-acre complex will be situated on a currently vacant 20-acre parcel adjacent to the Napa River. Combined with four acres along Soscol that Gasser Foundation is preparing for commercial buildings, the project largely finishes out a master plan the foundation started on decades ago and now includes two shopping centers and a hotel.
