The original business that BLT Enterprises was founded as is still in operation today.

In addition to our commercial real estate portfolio, BLT owns and operates a material recovery and transfer station in Fremont, California, and continues to serve the waste management industry through a variety of services. Our Fremont facility serves Fremont, Newark, and Union City.

BLT Studios and Soundstages Los Angeles is Hollywood’s premier boutique production studio campus. It is the perfect venue for music videos, commercial shoots, television promotions, corporate events, trade shows, and more.

Owned and operated by BLT Enterprises, BLT Studios and Soundstages is located in the center of Hollywood and offers five sound stages, each with a three-wall white cyclorama and photo studio for rent in Los Angeles.
