BLT Enterprises has completed construction of a $12 million industrial building in Kearny Mesa.
The 63,800 square-foot structure at 9269 Lightwave Ave., was built on a vacant lot.
The building was designed to accommodate a variety of users and provide maximum flexibility, said Bernard Huberman, founder and president of BLT Enterprises.
