Santa Monica-based BLT Enterprises will be developing its first multifamily asset in Northern California with its planned 500-unit Vista Tulocay project in Napa near the Napa River. The architectural plans for phase I are in the process of being done, which will mean that construction on this part of the project will not be started for another 6 to 9 months and will push a start date into 2017.
