BLT Enterprises continues its expansion into Hollywood, spending $20 million on two recent acquisitions there.
The first is an 18,000-square-foot production and entertainment office complex located at 6151 Santa Monica Blvd. near Gower Street, acquired for more than $11 million in a deal that closed in March.
