Santa Monica, CA-based BLT Enterprises completed ground-up construction of a $12-million industrial building in San Diego’s Kearny Mesa submarket. The 63,800-square-foot project at 9269 Lightwave Ave. was designed to accommodate a variety of users and provide maximum flexibility.
