SAN DIEGO, CA – BLT Enterprises, a multi-faceted commercial real estate investment company, has acquired Sorrento Tech II, a two-building, 63,333 square-foot office and R&D campus located in the Sorrento Mesa submarket of San Diego for $12.6 million, according to Bernard Huberman, Founder and President of BLT Enterprises.
