Shawn Guttersen has more than 25 years of experience in solid waste facility siting, land use permitting, financing, construction, and operations. After graduating from Texas Christian University, he went on to work for Rabanco Regional Disposal Company. He now leads BLT Enterprises’ development efforts in the specific siting of special-use facilities, including a fully integrated real estate and waste management development team.
