With more than a decade of industry experience, Eric Raby offers deep expertise in industrial acquisitions and a nuanced understanding of the Southern California industrial market. Prior to joining BLT Enterprises, Eric worked at Rexford Industrial and is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in economic geography. As Vice President of Real Estate Strategy, he focuses on building and executing a scalable, institutional-quality acquisitions strategy, driving performance and long-term value across BLT’s portfolio.
