BLT Enterprises has completed construction on a 63.8k sf, spec industrial building in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego. The new, $12 mil development features an all concrete and steel structure, 30 ft. minimum clear heights, ESFR fire suppression system, and a fully enclosed concrete truck yard.
