The Ambry Genetics headquarters in Aliso Viejo has been sold for $13.7 million to a family trust. BLT Enterprises, a real estate investment company in Santa Monica, sold the 41,519-square-foot medical R&D/office asset after renovating the building’s roof and parking lot.
