Robert (Bob) Lumley is a veteran in the real estate industry with 30 years of experience in the development of commercial real estate in greater Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. For BLT Enterprises, he oversees the day-to-day operations of all portfolio properties.

Vice President and Principal

Shawn has more than 25 years of experience in solid waste facility siting, land use permitting, financing, construction, and operations. He now leads the development efforts in the specific siting of special use facilities which encompasses a fully integrated real estate and waste management development team.

Steve Perry has extensive experience in designing, developing and constructing highly technical, single-purpose facilities, and he oversees all facets of facility operations for BLT Enterprises.

Vice President, Manager of Real Estate Investment 

Nikolette joined BLT after her role as a Relationship Manager in the commercial lending space where she focused on real estate financing. Nikolette is an expert in project management and analysis of potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development, including spec and built-to-suit projects.

Lukas joined BLT following several years of industry experience as an Ownership Representative at a large privately held commercial real estate owner and developer, where he specialized in property management, leasing, and acquisitions. As Vice President, Acquisitions at BLT, Lukas spearheads purchasing activity and plays a role in the leasing and asset management of the firm’s current portfolio.
