Shawn has more than 25 years of experience in solid waste facility siting, land use permitting, financing, construction, and operations. He now leads the development efforts in the specific siting of special use facilities which encompasses a fully integrated real estate and waste management development team.

He is responsible for the development and implementation of corporate health and safety programs in compliance with federal and Cal/OSHA regulations.
